I've only been here a couple months and in that time the 2nd floor garage door has broken twice and the 1st floor garage has broken once. There is no outdoor parking they have to accommodate this if you get stuck outside and if you get stuck inside, you'll just be screwed. I can only assume they will keep breaking unless they start taking repairs seriously.

This place is the worst! Major depressing.
They’ve done nothing here to my knowledge to really show that they value their tenets. Other then creating rules to make their lives easier. They’re just taking people’s money.
Elevator constantly breaks down and so does the garage door. Locking people inside and making it impossible for anyone to get into their homes.
Of course the elevator is only broken when I either have people who have mobility issues visiting or after I shop for groceries.... Like during Christmas!
Not to mention the people above me just bang on the floor all day and night. I was told that the floors are solid and I’ll have no issues prior to moving in, numerous times. When I told them about it their response was 'you shouldn’t hear anything, the floors are solid concrete.’ Well I do!

I have really enjoyed living in this building and will miss it. I had to relocate for work, otherwise I could see myself living here for a long time. The apartments are very generously sized for the price and have really nice features. The appliances in particular are really good (first place I have lived with a dishwasher I liked!), and the bathrooms are huge and have a massive soaker tub that is just luxurious. There’s a ton of storage space as well. The garage is heated and the common... spaces are well maintained. The new management is very responsive and efficient. Monica the manager is really friendly and knowledgeable.
The only downsides are the floor in the main area is their idea of polished concrete, but it’s cracked and looks dirty all the time. Also, I’ve had some recurring plumbing issues in the main bathroom but they seem to have fixed it after several tries.
Bottom line: the apartments and the community are very generous for the price you pay, and the new management seems to be on top of things.

Have lived here for 18 months and had a wonderful experience. Trinity, the property manager is a total all star who goes above and beyond. Only had one minor maintenance issue (air conditioning leaking) and it was solved within hours, despite being in the middle of the night, because Trinity, responded to me immediately (again, at 11PM at night) when I couldn't find the 24 service number. The on-hand maintenance guy, Dave, who is also wonderful, was back first thing in the morning just to... ensure all was working okay. The gym is top notch and everything is always clean in there and the hallways. Temperature in my apt is always moderate without using my own temp controls which keeps my billing down. They are always trying to build a sense of community through charity drives, gardens, or happy hour events, too.
Management has been wonderful to work with through singing my renewed lease and any other questions I've had. Like I said, Trinity cares deeply about the tenants and bring customer service to a whole new level. When I desperately needed to pick up a package from the office after it had closed because I couldn't get there earlier, she was kind enough to drive all the way back down to get it for me only a few minutes after I e-mailed here. Needless to say, I feel well taken care of here and would argue it is the best apartment building in downtown Omaha.

First off, the company is laughable, there's no luxury whatsoever. When you call for one of the many maintenance issues, they come out and cover it up until the 4th or 5th time you call before they actually fix it. Building is poorly insulated so your bills are more than anywhere else, and the staff is a joke. No one is on the same page and they couldn't care less about their tenants. They are the one of the most expensive places around for the least amount you get as a tenant. The turnover... in the office is bad too, multiple managers in my 1 year here, which has led to numerous issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THIS COMPANY, SIMPLY TERRIBLE!!!
