We moved into our unit about three weeks ago after selling our home. It took only one walk thru (online, at that with the 365 virtual tour) to KNOW this was our next home. Kelly and Katelin (leasing and resident relations, respectively) have always gone above and beyond when we had issues or questions.

The units are incredibly well kept/maintained (thanks to Michael for the incredibly knowledgeable and professional maintenance). Very well constructed. Can BARELY hear outside passing traffic or... construction of new units. All finishes are luxurious and nicer than that of the home we just sold! Not often will you find a subzero refrigerator in an apartment complex! Additionally, the exterior of each unit is different from that of the next so it NEVER feels as though "the walls are closing in".

The complex has a gym and within steps is Caniglia's (pizza parlor with THE BEST pizza) and the Yoga Garage (I have yet to try this studio out). We are a short drive in one direction from Cabela's, Costco, Dunkin Donuts... In the other direction, we are a short distance from Hyvee, Target, Offutt AFB... A truly centralized location! (Never have to drive in excess of 20 minutes from ANYTHING - usually less.)

THIS is your next home. The units, employees, location... Truly, you CANNOT find a better place to call HOME.
