Hi, my name is Reid. I’m an incoming first-year medical student at Creighton and I’m looking for one roommate/tenant for my 3-story condo/townhouse in the Walnut/Aksarben area.

The layout is ideal for a student, graduate student, resident, travel... nurse, or young professional who wants privacy, quiet, and convenience without needing to rent and furnish an entire apartment.

The home is split across three levels:

Top floor: my private bedroom/living space.
Middle floor: shared kitchen, living room, dining/common area, and main entrance.
Lower level: your private furnished space.

The tenant would have their own bedroom, own bathroom, and own living area on the lower level. The space will be furnished and set up to feel more like a private apartment/suite rather than just a bedroom rental. There is also a separate/private entrance to the lower level, so you can come and go with more independence and privacy.

The only main shared space would be the kitchen on the middle floor, along with access to the shared living/common area if desired. The house will be kept clean, comfortable, and study-friendly.

The rental also includes garage parking, which is a big plus in the winter and for anyone with a busy school or hospital schedule.
