THINGS TO KNOW: This home will rent out quickly. We ask that you respectfully understand and abide by a few guidelines. No smoking in the home is permitted. Maintaining the lawn is a must. Residents are asked to keep the home's yard looking good all season long. Snow removal must be done in the winter. We do periodically stop in the home to make sure it is meeting your every expectation; however, we ask residents to report any issues to our staff as soon as they come up.
