I had a very unpleasant experience upon moving into this unit. Firstly, it was not clean, especially the bathrooms, and kitchen, with numerous stains in the pantry and on shelves. I also discovered leftover food and belongings from the previous resident that had not been removed or cleaned. When I approached the leasing office about it, the one who was covering denied it, implying that those items was not there when they cleaned the unit, which was not the case. Secondly, I did not receive the... mailbox key. They claimed the previous resident lost it, and I had to go to USPS to pick up my mail. tbh, the only good side, Sydney has been helpful in trying to find a solution. However, I would strongly advise against moving here.

I applied, payed my dues and was “set” for my July move in. I then was reached out my email that my apartment would not be ready until September 1st. I had already put my 60 notice at my current apartment because juniper had confirmed move in, even scheduled my time slot for moving in. I then had to start my apartment search again. They did issue a refund, application fee was not returned.

This company lies about the finishes for the apartment. They advertise nice appliances, but that's only for 3 bedroom units. All others get different, worse appliances than what is pictured. Also, this company said that we could move in on July 14th, but they refused to send us a lease to sign even after accepting our $500 application. After visiting the address, I realized it was because the units aren't even close to finishing construction. Over a month and a half after taking our money, they... still haven't sent me a lease to sign. I think it's because they don't know when we'll be able to move in. Last they said was September 12th, but considering that the date keeps getting moved back, I'd be surprised if it wasn't until October. If you're looking to move in to an apartment sometime in 2022, you should look elsewhere! This company is horrible

every time I had given up on hearing from this property they would send me a message to keep me thinking that it was possible. When I finally talked to a real person they set my move in date, assured me July 15th was absolute. even scheduled a time. this was followed by a walk through of a construction site by a different person who was more concerned with blaming everyone else for everything then answering questions but assured me that people would be moving in. Then they finally hired the... new manager who promptly sent me an email saying the move in date was moved to September 1st, with no real guarantee. every time i look they are still showing move in dates in July and available apartments - don't pay a deposit you will never get back!
