These are the cutest apartments! The floor to ceiling windows bring in so much light I love them! The new management is so amazing they’ve been so helpful and fast with responding and taking care of all my needs! I highly recommend!

These units are pretty nice—the space, the fridge and stove and lights, all of the actual bones of the place are decent. There are certainly some issues, a missing thing here or there, but the maintenance person takes their job seriously and is very friendly. However, the actual property manager, when there is one, is useless. The current property manager has not responded to multiple people's emails after being hired this month. Meanwhile, the previous property manager who is still listed as... the most up-to-date contact for tenants, took people's information and is contacting them and leaving fliers in the hallway for her business. It's literally easier to get into contact with somebody who isn't employed here anymore who will email and even text you soliciting messages than the person whose job it is to answer questions and work out problems. The door code is constantly changed so postal workers drop packages right by the door that lets thieves easily steal them. Many tenants only found out their packages were being stolen when it showed up on the news station—tenants were never told their packages were being taken, just like they were never told the property manager was leaving or that there was a new property manager. But be sure to expect a rent increase after your first lease is up!
