These apartments are located very close to many attraction points. There lots of great amenities onsite from gym and swimming pools to big-screen movie room and a doggie park. And the Maintenance and Office support teams are the best with quick responses to any issues, and organizing community events to feel more like in a great neighborhood.
The only downside appears to be road noise from nearby highway. Otherwise, it's a great choice for an apartment living!

Wonderful place to call home!
We have lived her over a year and even upgraded to a bigger apartment because we love it here! Everyone from the office to maintenance are kind and caring! We have fun here!! We love the pool and basketball court! We love being so close to downtown and so much to do without spending and money!

Absolutely awesome! Best apartment living experience I've ever had! Super helpful friendly staff, totally cute modern apartment, and lots of great amenities! The dog park and the 2 pools are my favorites!

wonderful
I have family that lives here and i love this place so much. Its wonderful yes its a little price but its wonderful and i am trying to get my mom to move to this place because its a nice place. The have a golf course view and are minutes to downtown Omaha. 2 pools, basketball court, volleyball court, and there are family and friends things to do

RiverPark Apartment
RiverPark is a the best of both worlds. We have a golf course view and are minutes to downtown Omaha. Right by a biking/walking trail that crosses over the river into Omaha. The work out facility, 2 pools, basketball court, volleyball court, and clubhouse are well maintained. The maintenance staff respond within a day and are friendly!
