We offer the following stay lengths: $3,200 - 30 days stay (minimum)
Rates include utilities and internet.
There is a $45 application/processing fee and a $500 damage deposit required. $125 of the $500 damage deposit is a non-refundable cleaning fee.
Small pet allowed with a $75 non refundable fee. No smoking allowed.
