Those old reviews are just that: old, obsolete. I lived there for two years. The property was well maintained.
The maintenance staff and the management, Desree and her assistant have always been polite, professional and personable and certainly responsive. I had few needs, but maintenance was always on the spot the next day if not the day of need. And the neighbors were nothing but polite and friendly. I never had a negative encounter or incident of any kind, related the people or the property.

Look out for their extra charges above rent. Water, sewer, trash. And more... gas. Which they can’t tell you how they figure out your cost, and insurance. You insure their building but it doesn’t insure your personal items. So you pay for their building twice, if you insure your possessions. They don’t follow their own rules in the lease either. Filthy complex!!! Furniture at the dumpsters for months. Dog poo everywhere. Raining (yes raining) in my apartment for 2 months. They just couldn’t... figure out how to fix it. I have videos and pictures if you want to see them.

Save yourself this place is a joke. Maintenance is the worst they will tell you they fixed something when they haven't over and over again. Trash and dog poop everywhere, snow and ice isn't taken care of until one or 2 days after if at all. Gutters hanging off the buildings. 8 people in a 1 to 2 bedroom apartment. Complaints are never addressed. No parking enforcement and never anywhere to park because of it. There is one guy that has 9 vehicles in the parking lot running a car lot from... these apartments. If you lease here you will regret it big time. The current property manager is known to just sit in her office and screen calls. She has done nothing but made this place worse than it was before. She fills out these reviews giving the property 4 and 5 star reviews on several different sites. I could go on and on but I think you get it by now DO NOT RENT HERE.

Roaches, bad pet owners (not picking up after pets, owners let dogs out with NO leashes)no security, slow on maintenance work(hire more guys!) Took 6 months of "trying" to fix my dishwasher in order to get a new one (washed my dishes by hand because the dishwasher smelled like an animal died and rotted in it) refrigerator half way works, it either freezes your food or doesn't keep cool, stove doesn't show time/timer anymore-and won't do anything about it. After it snows, I end up shoveling our... walkway since it takes a full day after it snows-all my neighbors are elderly, so I don't want to see them fall. Save yourself a headache, look somewhere else!

I suggest not living here they have bad service, bad security because they don't have non and also the prices are outrageous for their apartments. I suggest to keep looking for better one I guarantee that you will fine something better! This place was the worst
