We move for my work every few years, and usually live in an apartment. This one was the best. Brand new construction that is well-built. Management and maintenance team were incredibly responsive. We had a first-floor unit that faced the inner Courtyard, which allowed us to really enjoy the amenities including the grill, the lounge furniture and the fire pits. Would highly recommend. Well worth the price!

Top Notch building and Management
I really enjoyed living at this apartment. It’s clean, quiet, and safe. Centrally located in Omaha and close walking distance to midtown crossing. I moved during the Coronavirus and the team worked with me, even helped me with my early lease termination fee. I might note I only had to leave due to being relocated for work l. I would have stayed and probably extended my lease if I stayed in Omaha.

Worst apartment!
Overpriced and nothing gets fixed after you placed in a maintenance request. I don't know why the apartment is so expensive, and they don't fix anything.

Horrible customer service. My air conditioning was out from a Saturday evening until the following Tuesday. I put in 3 emergent maintenance requests from sat-tues as my thermostat was reading 83 degrees. When I finally heard back on Tuesday their response was “it is only considered an emergency if I had a health condition requiring temperate room conditions”. I was unable to stay at home for 4 days and they refused to do anything to make it right. In addition to that, the elevator breaks down as least once a month for multiple days at a time (very inconvenient when living on the 5th floor). The parking garage doors break frequently. One night I took my trash out and there was a homeless person behind the dumpster. The area does not feel safe and the apartments are NOT worth the cost.
