Horrible experience living here and moving out of here and an especially horrible experience parking here.

When constructed they didn't give much attention to soundproofing windows etc. When the entire center is built out I'm sure it will just increase with loud cars and people.
There's a also a problem with water pressure on certain days it has been addressed but not successfully.
The rent is top dollar for where you get.

I was moved into a dirty unit with large grease like stains on the walls in both bedrooms. I've questioned whether or not the carpets were cleaned. The Property Manager actually blamed me for it not being ready, because of my requested move in date. I asked the Asst. Mgr. more than once if the unit could be turned over in time and she assured me it could be.
During the past year, I've been talked down to and have had requests intentionally ignored by the Property Manager. It's happened on... several occasions and appears to be an acceptable behavior by Vivere/Nine Zero/City Ventures.
Watch your step inside/outside the bldgs. Irresponsible dog owners that don't feel it's necessary to pick up after themselves.
Very distinct "skunk" odor in both bldgs 6 out of 7 days/week.
If you receive one of the rent "specials", be sure it's completely explained to you. I had two amounts on my move in letter and after a year, was just recently told I've been paying the wrong amount. My RENT has JUMPED to an additional $400/month!
It took 10 DAYS before getting a response regarding my account. I believe if I wouldn't have escalated my situation to the owners/investors (City Ventures), I'd still be without a response. IMO these companies (Vivere, Nine Zero and City Ventures) don't truly care about the tenants.
These units appear to have been built quick and cheap. My deck doors were completely frozen from the inside. The flooring in both bathrooms don't extend completely to the baseboards. Cracked drywall and paint throughout my unit. I've cleaned up mold in both bedroom windows and the deck doors.

I have been at these apartments for a little over a year now, and ready to renew my lease. It is a decent spot! close to the highway, lots of food around, some strip malls and grocery stores decently close (7-10 min bike to the nearest supermarket, Target is a 5 min drive)
Some of my favorite things about this apartment are the things that it offers you such as garage parking (on multiple tiers), in unit laundry, easy to access trash chutes, and the noise suppression from the walls is pretty... good! if you have noise upstairs neighbors though, good luck. The security is also pretty reassuring too. Needing a fab to get around even on the stairs in most occasions. This is a big reason I choose to stay, alongside friendly staff and maintenance that has been to my place at midnight to help with a clogged toilet while i was "not feeling well" and needed it functioning ASAP
There are a few downsides that (for me) do not make me want to move immediately, but are always a concern or a net negative.
People definitely do not clean up after their pet if they make a mistake in the hallways. After the 4th of July, there are a ton of pee stains inside of the hallway next to the elevator where I am located, and they have not been addressed for a while. Unsure if it is lack of awareness from the office/staff, or if it is negligence, but there are definitely leftover smells from that night. This carries over to some stairways as well seemingly forgotten, where there is seemingly pee stains from the highest floor down, and it still reeks. The people that own the pets definitely make minimal effort to clean it up at all. As someone who owns a dog in the apartment I have had two accidents happen, on the first day of adoption and on a day where he was having tummy problems and diarrhea. Both times I made an effort to clean them myself and notify the office that it had happened. And from people walking by i was CONGRADULATED for doing so, as they witness people being negligent themselves. This is also a theme when it comes to outdoor potty areas for dogs. Very common for people to just leave their animals excrement wherever they went and go on with their day.
TL;DR. Overall nice place! decent neighbors, nice parking availability (if you live there), good location overall, but man do pet owners not do their due diligence cleaning up after their pets
