We recently moved into The Residences at Windsor Hills and have had a great experience so far. The property is quiet, well-maintained, and the quality of the apartments and community has exceeded our expectations.A special thank you to Morgan in the leasing office. She was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. We had a unique situation when moving, and Morgan worked closely with us to make everything go as smoothly as possible. Her communication was excellent, and she always took the time to answer our questions and help us find solutions.The community feels peaceful and welcoming, and we’re very happy with our decision to call Windsor Hills home. Built to look nice
Street noise inside apartments terribly loud. A lot of street racing and no muffler on vehicles neighborhoods nearby. Too many fire alarm happenings. Feels drafty when temps drop and what looks nice isn’t always nice. Would not be my choice after a few months here.

Outstanding!!
Before choosing this apartment, the property team specifically (grant) made my transition into this new apartment amazing. Their communication is top tier meaning outstanding and they make sure that things are handled and resolved very quickly if you have any issues. I really love and enjoy living here so far the apartment is very beautiful inside and out.

Amazing and Classy!!
This is home. Amenities are well done and clean, the front office team is responsiveness and made my transition perfect! They care about the property and the residents inside. The layouts are amazing, and closets have plenty of space. The winner take all is the communication and attention to detail, they are always aware and available to your needs.
