This is a very nice place to live the office personnel are friendly kind and helpful. The grounds and facility are very clean. There are so many convenient features that I enjoy.

I lived at Wyndham Hill by Broadmoor for 2.5 years. It has been an excellent experience. Great, central Omaha location just shy of 90th and Dodge. Easy to jump on Dodge and/or I80/680 interchange and get just about anywhere else in town. We have had neighbors on either side of our apartment and above and have never experienced any troubles with that or noise. We have been here for about 6 months and knew after viewing nearly 15 apartment complexes that this is where we wanted to be. From the moment we stepped foot on the property the staff has been downright fantastic and so accommodating. We love our building and can always find a friendly face down the hall. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved and I have never felt uncomfortable asking questions. Residents are quiet, respectful and friendly. We have monthly get-togethers which have been awesome... . A cool perk about living here is they provide grocery carts to help you carry stuff from your car up to your room! Very helpful.

The front office staff are friendly and always greet and remember you by name. They genuinely care about you and are very easy to get ahold of for any questions or issues. There are many events held at the clubhouse to meet neighbors and the pool is always quiet and well kept. Definitely a great location and easy access to 680 and Dodge.
