First, the apartment is infested with cockroaches and management does the bare minimum about it when you even get a response from them. The buildings are in absolute disrepair. Windows haven’t been changed in decades, holes in doors and walls, appliances that barely function, the common areas are never cleaned and are disgusting, the entrance door lock is broken, the shared laundry is never cleaned or maintained and are out of order 95% of the time. The walls are so thin you can hear your... neighbors doing everything and even more so screaming at all hours of the night. Parking is abysmal and their snow removal is ‘just ignore it until it gets packed down by residents cars!’ The garage looks like it’s about to collapse at any minute. There is no mail service so they just throw your package on the stoop and you have to hope for the best.
For the price, you are being robbed. The location isn’t even that great and there are far better options.

Obviously hires the cheapest contractors to perform maintenance. After informing maintenance about a mouse problem they replied "Ok. What would you like us to do? Is it dead or alive? Do we need to set traps or is this just letting us know you found a mouse in the bedroom?" Very rude and un-profressional. There are ways of asking for more information without being snarky.
Washer and dryer have been malfunctioning for months and management has made no effort to contact their contracted company... to come fix their units.
Have also been having internet issues due to degraded cables. Already had two Cox technicians inform me that apartment management needs to hire an electrician themselves to replace the cabling. I have repeatedly informed management to make these appointments but they refuse, stating they need Cox to contact them explaining the issue further. Apparently management expects their tenants to make appointments or deal with customer service on behalf of their property. Absolutely frustrating and unacceptable, tenants do not own your property so quit making them do the dirty work.
