Couldn't feel more at home!

I've only been here less than a month, but I have ZERO bad things to say about Foxboro and the people in the office! Cassie in the office has been amazing and so has Dan the maintenance man. I've needed a couple things fixed that were very minor and it was taken care of very quickly. My apartment looks like it's never been lived in! Cassie has been very patient with me. I feel so at home here. I can't remember being this happy and safe in a long time.

Used to be good

Ive been at foxboro for over 2 years and they started out good. Lately they have a revolving door of managers with things never being the same. They can be rude and never seem to put any thought into anything at the apartments. Like almost monthly this year (2016) shutting off water with no advance notice to residents sometimes for hours at a time. Not good when you work a job that isnt a 9-5 and have to get ready for work at different times of day. They wont fix security lighting on buildings... and as a result theres certain areas where you really cant park at night or your car can and has been broke into or vandalized. Only good thing anymore is the layout of the apartments work great if you have a roommate. Oh and expect to pay all utility's gas,water and Sewer and power. Only thing they cover is trash kinda cheap of them compared to many other options in west omaha/ millard. Rent price is ok but goes up every year yet building maintenance gets worse every year. NP Dodge manages the place and they really dont care. We had to file police reports on a resident for drug use and breaking other resident rules that are supposed to be a automatic kick out and it still took over 3 months.

It's a small, quiet apartment complex. The features in the apartment are great. Everything is reasonably priced.

Decent place to be

I lived here for almost 2 1/2 years, but finally had to leave as the management company would not allow us to have a small dog. they do allow cats but do not allow even small dogs under 10 or 12 pounds. Would have gladly stayed if they would allow that, but i along with a few of the members in the community that became our friends all left for the same reason. The staff on the property is very nice and helpful, but the lack of managements ability to listen to residents and allow small dogs, was... enough reason for us to leave and take our business else where.

We are genuinely sad to see this review! We have had a few water emergencies this year in buildings and we apologize for short notice, it is only to prevent further damage throughout and to get the problem taken care of as quickly as we can. If we... are ever able to, we try to give residents a call, if we have further notice and we apologize for the inconvenience when we can not.
If you ever notice any security lights out please let the office know as soon as possible, since they are so high up we are required to hire outside contractors to take care of the issues so the sooner we know the better! (:
We cover Sewer and trash which we believe is fair since you are provided with your own meters for Electricity and gas.
I understand you being upset that it can take some time to handle situations where someone is in need of an eviction but, we have to keep it fair throughout, and give them a chance to change their behavior and a chance to move-out if said behavior is not changed. But know that the staff is keeping an eye on situations once it is brought to our attention and doing our absolute best to take care of any problems in our community as quickly as we are able to following our own policies as well as what the law requires.
