We hit it out of the park! - Great location ! We have the best view of the new Tal Anderson Baseball field, just for our residents, We are near Aksarben shops & restaurants. UNO, College of Saint Mary's and the interstate are within minutes.
We... offer LOTS of closet space, spacious living room and bedroom as well!
The property offers 2 playgrounds, a sparkling swimming pool, 24 hour emergency maintenance, community events and activities and more!
Tiny package locker, packages left in piles outside. Poop everywhere! No enforcement for this or the doors left unlocked besides an occasional text. Management doesn't step up for their community. The office frequently closes early without the community being informed. Ownership isn't investing in the damaged and broken parts of the property. Broken grills with natural gas lines is a safe feeling in the back yard.
Pool is a rip off. Frequently broken, when working it's filled with kids (good on them, just hard for an adult to enjoy in peace).

great for the price
I go to unmc and this was the perfect place for me. Neighbors were a little loud at times but other than that I’ve had no problems. Maintenance fixed things and office staff was helpful. My unit also had a lot of parking which was super nice. Perfect college apartment because of the price and location right by Baxter arena and aksarben.

Absolutely Wonderful
My husband and I truly love this place. It's quiet, clean, the office staff are phenomenal and the maintenance department is top notch. If it were possible to give 10 stars we would. Spring Acres is definitely the place to live.

worse place i’ve lived in
really bad service , maintenance literally takes for ever to fix anything , the place is to expensive they don’t deserve all this money for this bad service , the water been shut off in the whole building for 3 days and no one knows how long more it’s going to take , trust you don’t want to live here

Amazing place
We only got to live there a little over a year, but it was amazing..The apartments are beautiful and the staff has gone above and beyond! We moved to Tennessee a month and they are still helping us..I missed placed my service dog info and they emailed to me right way..They made our move in there and out so easy..They also take such good care of the place..We miss this place so much..I can't recommend enough..Thank you Spring Acres ?
