This little 3 bedroom split entry house is ready for you to move into. Great location off 128th and Maple, this home is close to everything!
This home has a large fenced in back yard and a two car garage. Upstairs, you will find a nice eat in... kitchen with a deck off the dining area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with one full bath off the hallway. The basement is unfinished, but has a 3/4 bath and garage access. Toss your area rug on the floor and hang your tv on the wall and you will have the perfect man cave!
Tenants are responsible for all yard care (mowing and snow removal are a must). No cats; however a small dog is allowed with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $150 and a monthly fee of $35. Renters insurance is required. No smoking in the home please. Owner inspections are performed regularly.
